Future Survey

(Copyright 1997 by J. C. Sprott)

I'm interested in your opinions on how society will change during the next century.  Perhaps you could take a moment to answer a few simple yes-or-no questions.  Your response is completely anonymous.  I'm not even asking for your name or e-mail address, although I would like to know your gender and age so that I can correlate those with your responses.  If you have no opinion on a question or if you would rather not answer, just leave it blank.  I will interpret a "yes" answer as meaning you think the probability is greater than 50%.  This information will only be used in summary form in my books and publications.  If you have not already done so, I hope you will also visit The Future Project.
