On page 79 of my novel The Lobotomy Club, Adam and his girlfriend
Sayori are exploring a ziggurat in an alternate reality America.
Inside the ancient structure, a woman approaches them and says four italicized
words. Adam and his girlfriend
never learn what these four words mean. I have already given a free Pickover
book to the first person who deciphered the meaning of the words. [This prize has
already been taken. Someone solved the mystery!]

On page 128 of my novel Liquid Earth, people encounter dozens
of symbols etched into a tree. The people never seem to
understand the message fully, which is written in a sequence of
animals including rabbits, butterflies, and horses. I will give a
free Pickover book to the first person who deciphers the meaning of
the message. e Pickover book to the first person who deciphered the meaning of the words. [This prize has

On pages 164-165 of my novel Egg Drop Soup, David and Melissa see numerous
cryptic symbols on a library wall. The librarian says that no one has deciphered the
text. Perhaps the symbols are meaningless. Perhaps not. I will give a
free Pickover book to the first person who deciphers the meaning of
the message or can prove that they have no meaning. (So far no one has deciphered what is on the library wall).

On pages 109-111 of my novel Sushi Never Sleeps, Neuron plays a beautiful
game with playing pieces placed on a circular board. In the hyperdimensional version,
does the first player always win? Justify your answer in a way that game players
or mathematicians would accept.
(So far no one has solved this, and I would be interested in hearing from
people who play the game.)

On page 191 of my book Sex, Drugs, Einstein, and Elves, we see a dedication at
the bottom of the page that starts "To the chordates...." I will give a
