We used to go a-dancing once or twice a year
Our polka or our waltz wouldna bring a cheer
We met up with the Brigg's and their Scottish beat
Now they've got us Scottish dancing on our two left feet. 'CUZ

To Norma, Todd and Chuck we listened without end
Point your toes, beachball arms, and flirty smiles send,
Just close your mouths, raise your heels and learn the 12-some reel

We welcome you Scottish dancers from any state
We know you'll find our silver ball just great
Jan, Nancy, Ann and Chris just to name a few

One hundred twenty-five to be in the cast
